Perry Payne brings a remarkable journey of transformation to his role as CEO and Senior Mentor at SenpaiHR, LLC. Beginning his 40 year Honda career as a manufacturing associate hauling trash from the assembly line, Perry's path embodies the power of mentorship and philosophical leadership that now defines SenpaiHR's approach.
Following personal advice received directly from Mr. Honda himself, Perry advanced through numerous roles within the organization, ultimately retiring as Regional Senior Manager of HR, Compliance & Ethics, and Governance at Honda Trading America Corp. With over 3 decades of supporting organizations spanning different business environments in developing effective human resource practices, he gained unique insights into building sustainable workplace cultures across diverse operations.
Today, Perry leverages this journey from the factory floor to executive leadership to mentor organizations in creating lasting cultural and operational transformation. His methodology builds capabilities within teams through direct experience and relationship-based learning, ensuring the philosophical foundations of success are deeply internalized and continue to advance long after formal partnerships conclude.
